La Raffine is a stylish 2 bedroom Provencal farmhouse situated in the heart of Provence outside the idyllic village of Lacoste, France. Now available for rent for discerning holiday makers who appreciate refined living.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contained herein are the terms and conditions of La Raffine (Lessor) that all guests (Lessee) agree to be bound by throughout their stay at La Raffine (the property).

MINIMUM STAY: One week throughout the year at € €750.00. Week-end from Friday PM to Monday 10AM at € 450.00 during the period of October 1st to May 1st.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES: Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is from 3:00pm and checkout time is at 10:00AM.

REGISTERED GUESTS: Only the number of persons stipulated in the Rental Agreement may reside at the property as guests.

PAYMENT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking (Bank References –Banque BNPPARIBAS, Cavaillon, France - BIC: BNPAFRPPAVI, IBAN: FR76 3000 4006 0500 0078 8462 560. Booking is confirmed on receipt of the Deposit. The remainder to be paid in cash upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 is to be paid upon arrival.

REFUND POLICY: 50% on cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival. No refund on cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.

INSURANCE: The Lessor cannot accept any liability for accident, loss or injury sustained on the premises. Each guest must have their own comprehensive travel insurance.

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR: Guests are advised to refrain from inappropriate behaviour excessive noise alcohol and drug taking. The Lessor may at their discretion ask the offending guest (s) to vacate the property forthwith. In such a case no refund can be claimed from the Lessor.

The property is a non-smoking house and as such does not permit smoking in any room. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas.

LINEN & TOWELS: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every week or as deemed necessary.

DUE CARE AND SUPERVISON/INDEMNITY: Lessee accepts and acknowledges that they are responsible and liable for the safety and well being of all their guests and third parties visiting the property during the time of the rental. Visiting children MUST be under supervision of an adult at all times when at the Villa. Guests are not permitted to enter the property when wet from swimming, as the floors can be slippery. Any damage or injury arising as a result shall not be the responsibility of the Lessor.
